2014 is going by quickly, and the faster time seems to slip away, the more I feel like I need to be making concrete goals. Aside from my 2014 goals, which are going quite well!
So, drum roll please…. I’m training to run a 10K! I’ve pretty much mastered the 5K and I’m bored out of my mind. Not to mention the few pounds I put on over the colder months (eek). And my slightly higher cholesterol (double eek). And my goal of running 450 miles this year. I’m using an 8 week program and I’m very excited to be doing something different. I do best with exercise when I’m working toward something over a chunk of time. Here’s what it looks like:
