Two weekends ago we took a pretty last minute trip to Niagara Falls for Mack’s 25 birthday. I’m talking making-reservations-on-Thursday-for-a-Sunday-arrival last minute. Which is not ordinarily how I like to live my life, but to HELL with convention! (I said hell. Put a dollar in my spiritual swear jar.)
Anyway, we had a great time FINALLY getting to Canada! We also saw two of Frank Lloyd Wright’s homes in the Buffalo area, the Darwin Martin house and Graycliff Estate, which were neat. They’re not in the best shape but it’s still awesome to see his work.
Scroll through to see some of the photos from our trip! It was awesome :) The one thing I will say: GO TO THE CANADIAN SIDE. The views on the American side just can not compare to the Canadian views. Don’t forget your passport!

Our faces on the pedestrian bridge to CANADA!

Good old panoramas!

Another one of Frank Lloyd Wright’s houses for the Martin family, Graycliff Estate. This one is on Lake Erie. On a cliff. Hence the name.

You really can not beat this view of Lake Erie. Now accepting donations for a lake house of our own, thank you!

Mack in front of the Graycliff house. It’s such a shame the house wasn’t better preserved *womp womp*
